COMPANY PROFILE - QUALITY AND DEPENDABILITY

Wheatley & Williams Pty Ltd commenced operations on the 7th October 1920. Due to the many years operating in the foundry business, Wheatley & Williams Pty Ltd has built a solid base of customers including major corporations and small businesses alike. Our experienced personnel, who operate out of our new state of the art  factory, have contributed to us obtaining a reputation of providing the highest quality work which has made us one of the largest non- ferrous foundries in South Australia.

We at Wheatley & Williams Pty Ltd have endeavored to retain our reputation as one of the leaders in the industry, as shown by our gaining of the AS/NZS 9002: 1994 accreditation. We can service Australian and International orders and we hope we may have the opportunity to service your casting and bushing requirements.

Casting Capabilities

With our comprehensive and efficient furnaces we are able to produce castings up to 2 tonnes, and bushings from 12mm to 406mm. Mould and cores manufactured in CO2 process to enable greater accuracy. Castings are supplied machined or unmachined, as desired.

Copper Based Alloys

At Wheatley & Williams Pty Ltd we are also able to supply either Chill or Centrifugally cast bushing, machined to size or rough cut.
